barbacoa.PRO is much more than just a BBQ dealer. After all, practically anyone can burn meat or other food, but us enthusiasts strongly believe that is not the way to do it. We—and fortunately increasingly more people with us—believe that good food is too often ruined under the guise of 'BBQ'ing'. This fails to do justice to the age-old history of preparing good and tasty products in a way that we nowadays call barbecuing.

Breakfast bun

Let the heat to the right temperature (180°C) with the skillet inside.
In the meantime, cut the lettuce into strips, slice the tomato.
Fry the bacon in the dry, warm skillet.
Subsequently place on the raised rack with the buns.
Break the eggs in a bowl and scramble slightly with milk and preferred seasoning.
Fry in the bacon grease while scrambling until it is slightly runny (will cook further in the skillet).
Remove from the heating and fill the buns, egg/bacon/tomato/creamy dreamy/lettuce, and bon appétit.
